Central location, but unhygienic, poorly maintained and does not justify its price Positive: The apartment is in a very central location and well connected to public transport. Negative: - Lack of cleaning and overall unhygienic condition - Dirty building entrance area - Extremely narrow, sharp-edged, and dangerous communal staircase - Non-operable and worn interior blinds - Inadequate and partially dirty kitchen equipment - Very wobbly kitchen faucet - No ceiling or kitchen lighting - Dismantled smoke detector - Unstable refrigerator (risk of tipping when opened) - No closets, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows - Mold in the bathroom (ventilation and drain), rust residue - Bathroom soaked after showering - Lack of basic amenities such as a television, radio, and sofa

Had a great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Clean, spacious and central - it's great! Positive: Clean, spacious, warm apartment in great location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and easy walk to the metro, shops, museums etc. High ceilings, comfortable beds, reasonably well-equipped with dishwasher, easy to collect keys from lock box. Negative: The side passage way to the apartment's front door is scruffy and not well lit. No central ceiling lights despite wall switches (lighting is from floor and table lamps). Broken smoke alarm. Privacy issue with windows (but can put the blinds down). Some noise from the apartment above, but not terrible.

Positive: La localisation est idéale et le logement est très spacieux, la literie est très bien aussi. Negative: Le bruit jusqu’à tard le soir (musique, personnes qui parlent dehors, et clocher d’église)
