Historical in Copenhagen center

Room and in good location but could do with updating Positive: The apartment is roomy and in a very good location Negative: Furniture is sparse and outdated. A comfortable lounge with coffee table would be a big improvement. Bathroom is tiny and I wouldn’t use the unflued gas stove in the kitchen.

Wirklich ein historischer Zeitsprung - mit Vor- und Nachteilen, Super Lage und viiiel Ambiente Positive: Die Lage ist phantastisch an einem sehr historischen Platz mitten in der Altstadt, meine Wohnung hatte sogar 3 Fenster zum Platz ! Keine Autos und kein Lärm. Es gibt einige Restaurants mit Außenbereich, aber wegen der Temperatur waren die Fenster sowieso geschlossen und die Restaurants machen früh zu. Zur Metro muß man ein Stück laufen, ist halt richtig Altstadt. Viele Restaurants und Kneipen rundherum, für deutsche Geldbeutel sehr teuer. Nur wenige Schritte zu den Fußgängerzonen. Das Gebäude ist tatsächlich historisch - mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen, mir hats gefallen. Negative: 1. Wegen dem Alter des Hauses ein entsprechender Zustand,aber nun mal authentisch mit uralten Lichtschaltern, Türen, Installation etc, wie ein Zeitsprung in alte Zeiten. 2. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen wären dringend notwendig, hierüber habe ich die Vermieter informiert (die wissen das natürlich selbst) und kann nur dringend raten, den Ersatz der Kloschüssel schnell in die Wege zu leiten... 3. Leider keine Möglichkeit eines späteren Check out als 10 Uhr

Bien ubicado Positive: La ubicación. En pleno centro histórico. Llegas a todas partes andando. La cama es muy cómoda. El salón con decoracion original. Negative: La cocina y el baño para reformar, además de muy antiguos, son muy pequeños. Si buscas baño y cocina comodos este no es tu sitio. La limpieza regular. Además hay que entrar a partir de las 15h de la tarde y salir a las 10h de la mañana. Pedimos que nos dejen un poco más tiempo para salir, no tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos ni siquiera salir a las 11h. Desde las 10h hasta las 15h son 5 horas! Da tiempo de sobra para tener un detalle con tus huéspedes y limpiar para los siguientes. Esto no nos gusto nada.

Positive: It was exactly what we needed as starting point from where we explored Copenhagen. Comfortable bed, small kitchen, great locaton, equipped with everything you might need. Very nice overall!

An inspirational stay in a beautiful place. Positive: Very cool apartment in an excellent location. The style was a modern mid century dream. Negative: Would have loved more lamps in the living room - the only standing lamp didn’t work and I’m not a fan of overhead lighting!
