Positive: Lage des Appartements war top! Betten sehr bequem. Leider aufgrund der Badezimmersituation schlechtere Bewertung. Negative: Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe!!! Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert kaum und ist undicht. Zum Duschen kein Platz. Der Abfluss in der Küchenspüle verstopft. Es fehlen einfache Möbel, wie Kleiderständer,....

Diamond in the rough. Positive: De locatie aan een leuk pleintje met fijne restaurants. Appartement zat in een mooi oud pand. Prima binnenkomen met codes. Bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Negative: We lazen het nu ook in eerdere recensies terug: het toilet/de badkamer zijn slecht. Het toilet trekt nauwelijks door, niet fijn als je met 3 volwassenen hier gebruik van maakt. De verhuurders reageerden wel snel maar niet met een afdoende oplossing. Gezien de eerdere recensies is dit wellicht iets wat men niet kan of wil oplossen (mss zijn er grote veranderingen voor nodig). De douche is ook niet echt optimaal, badkamer staat na douchen onderwater.

Great location, good as a base. Positive: Location was excellent. Beds very comfy. Views of the square are nice. Lovely wine bar downstairs. Great if you are using it as a base but not spending loads of time in it. Negative: Only one armchair in the lounge, no sofa as shown, not suitable for an apartment for four people. No where to sit to relax except the dining room table. The picture of the sofa has been taken off the website. Bathroom/wet room very small, wouldn't be suitable for 2 couples or young children. Toilet was very difficult to flush. It looks as though other people have mentioned this in their comments but hasn't been sorted. No furniture in the bedroom so nowhere to put your clothes. Some of the throws on the beds had dirty marks. Dirty marks on pillow cases, no pillow case protectors. Kitchen sink didnt drain well. Its a shame some of these areas havent been addressed as they have all been mentioned in previous comments. The apartment is nice but could be better. Some noise as it is a city centre apartment but this is expected.
