Positive: The location was PERFECT! :) Very nice and quiet building and the apartment was nice and cozy.
Negative: There was no elevator in the building and the stairway was very narrow. Slightly difficult with luggage.

Overall, a great place to stay with a small group or two couples in central Copenhagen
Positive: We stayed in apartment 4. Great location. Clean bedrooms, living area and bathrooms. The spacious living area is great when travelling in groups. Lots of operable windows for air flow.
Negative: Some street noise but to be expected with the central location and was also communicated to us before we stayed. Washing machine was not clean when we arrived but the property managers promptly cleaned it when we let them know.

Negative: no instruction booklet or information or coffee capsules for coffee machine or tablets for the dishwasher.
