Great price and location. Positive: Perfect location close to everything and only a short metro ride from airport. Lots if really excellent restaurants within east walking distance. Negative: Mattresses were a bit old and saggy. Need to be replaced.

Basic Apartment in good location Positive: Location was very good close to the subway and in walking distance to the city center Negative: Basic accommodation, bathroom could be cleaner especially in the corners, the shower is very basic

Positive: Great location! The place was clean and well equipped. Negative: The shower was unsual for us and there was water all around in the bathroom but it was ok!

Ideal Location & Nice Neighborhood Positive: Perfect location close to restaurants, shops and city centre. Very close to the metro. Negative: We could not get the induction cooktop to work despite being familiar with this type of appliance. We even checked a YouTube channel to see if the particular model was quirky. The property owner did not offer to come by to see what was the problem. Only short communications back and forth. Also the bannisters in the building were sticky and need to be wiped down. A bit of a “yuck” factor which definitely necessitates washing your hands asap since the stairs are narrow and steep, and you have to use the bannisters for safety. Otherwise a nice old building with a lovely interior courtyard (which could use some gardening “TLC”).

Positive: Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Metro nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Zu Fuss in die City ca. 15 Minuten. Betten sehr komfortabel. Sehr ruhiges Haus. Negative: Das Haus ist im dänischen Stil gebaut, sehr schöne Fassade, allerdings hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Eingangstür, diese ist so schmal, dass man zuerst den Koffer ins Haus heben muss, um dann selbst hineinzugehen. Gleichzeitig geht nicht. Es führt eine sehr schmale Treppe in die oberen Etagen. Nicht unbedingt geeignet für Personen, die nicht gut gehen können. Was uns gefehlt hat war ein Sessel oder kleine Couch. Zum Sitzen gibt es nur zwei hohe Stühle oder das Bett.
