Perspective - if it’s location, location, location you want this is great but if you are looking for 5⭐️ luxury and a qu Positive: Excellent location, close to a metro, Tivoli, train station and shopping area. Bakeries were close. Near the lakes which are great for a run and feel safe with lots of other runners and dog walkers around in the morning. Basic but decent and well equipped. Bedding and linen were clean and fresh and beds were comfortable. Great living space. Nice to have a spacious communal area. Lovely and warm and the heating wasn’t needed all the time as it actually got too warm! Hosts communicated clearly and were very helpful. For a group of 3+ I would recommend. Negative: Location! Above a bar and in a street with lots of other bars which was fine until closing time in the early hours - however, although I’m putting this in the review, do not let this put you off because it was only one night it was really loud and it lasted about 30 minutes. The proximity to everything outweighs the noise and if you think it will bother you bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. Not a problem for us but be prepared for the steps up to the apartment (74). Kept us fit and justified the extra Danish pastries we ate. It’s an old building so don’t expect everything to be perfect, the floor was creaky, the bathroom was small and some of the door handles were dodgy but manage those expectations because you get what you pay for and this is good value for a city like Copenhagen.

Litt sliten leilighet med et flott allrom og gode senger. Positive: Beliggenheten er flott. Sengene var gode og allrommet veldig hyggelig. Negative: Badet, det bør pusses opp. Det er veldig slitent og det ser ut som det er mugg i taket i dusjsonen. Renholdet var heller ikke helt bra på det største soverommet og rund vinduene ved rommet nærmest døren.

Un appartement agréable, très bon emplacement, central, à côté du métro qui permet des déplacements Positive: L’emplacement de l’appartement et sa superficie Negative: La salle de bain était sale . Le four n’était pas propre avec deux lèchefrites inutilisables car des graisses restaient des utilisations précédentes. La bouilloire électrique ne fonctionnait plus et le système d’éclairage dans une des chambres était instable

Generally good. The host has been a delightful person Positive: Fantastic location Negative: Steep, windy stairs and they have a slight slope. The apartment floor is not level, with a 2degree slope. The floor is a bit squeaky as well. There is a bar downstairs and it was noisy in the night until around 2am (may be because we were there on a Friday and Saturday night)

Great central location and good communication with host Positive: Excellent location for sightseeing
